Our security monitored, fully fenced, concrete yard provides the perfect site for our builders and contractors to work effectively and efficiently, completing new homes in as little as 14 weeks and with the capacity to build 30 transportable homes each year!

Located next to our main office is our newly completed Kiwi 3-bedroom Showhome.

Designed with comfort and affordability in mind this popular design has been a favourite with our customers for years and for good reason, with its modern and spacious design high raking ceilings and open plan living, what's not to love?

This transportable design can be built on-site or transported to your location. You can choose to clad it in brick, linea, cedar, board and batten, colorsteel, weatherboard or a mixture of claddings. Your options are endless.

We have sent this design and others to many areas around the North Island, including Matarangi, Cooks beach, Gisborne, rural Opotiki, Hawkes Bay, the far North, Wellington and many more places in-between.
