Tui - 3 Bedroom - Option 1
The Tui is suitable for a range of people including those who are looking to build a family home, auxillary home, beach bach or rental property.
There are two options available for the layout of the Tui home. This option includes a double storage cupboard in the hallway and has a slightly larger third bedroom than the alternative.
The lounge, kitchen and dining are all open-plan which creates a social atmosphere that is complemented by the deck that is situated off the lounge area.
Like the materials used in all our constructions, the Tui is made from premium resources that provide a comfortable environment.
