This is one of the options in our two-bedroom home range. The two-bedroom Kiwi is ideal for those looking to build a home but are somewhat restricted in terms of space. This home has a range of features all put together to use space as effectively as possible.

The Kiwi features a large deck ideal for entertaining in the summer months. The deck is accessible through both the lounge and bedroom.

Both bedrooms in this home contain built-in double wardrobes with one bedroom having direct access to the deck through a sliding door.

The bathroom, toilet and laundry facilities in the Kiwi are all combined to manage space effectively. The laundry is accessed through the bathroom but is able to be shut off completely to contain this area.
